Returns Policy for Locus IT Master Store:

Locus IT Master Store offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for most products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please note that certain products may not be eligible for a refund, and this will be clearly stated on the product page.

To initiate a refund request, please email us at support@locusitmasterstore.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional information to process your refund.

Refunds will only be provided for products that have not been activated or used. Once your refund request is approved, we will refund the full purchase price of the product to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
